It's no surprise that Paris is one of best Europe's
honeymoon destinations,
with spectacular sights and an amazing romantic atmosphere. |
Continuing the trend of highlighting obvious destinations, the City of love was always going to be near the top
of the list. The capital of France, the city prides itself on its medieval architectural sites which floods tourist
to the city every year. Inspired French cuisine is never too far behind and when you feel the need to treat
yourself there are enough shopping boutiques to cater for the both of you.
Algarve, Portugal

Barcelona would be the ideal setting for the both of you. It’s also easy to reach from other destinations with it
just a 2 hour or so train ride away from Madrid.
Amsterdam, Netherlands
 |
The city of Amsterdam is one of the most fascinating
city destinations in Europe |
Amsterdam really optimizes chilled-out if that’s exactly what you’re both
looking for. Its urban setting doesn’t overwhelm the brilliant history behind the city, rather it provides a modern
touch to a city that’s continuously growing. It’s also somewhere that is recommended for same-sex couples as the
LGBT community is of high regard in Amsterdam. Of course, be highly advised that when
during the summer months there’s plenty of festival activities that make the city come alive so don’t expect a
completely chilled out holiday if you were to go around that time.
Take advantage of your time away from the wedding and make sure you visit the destination that’s right for you.
Make the most of what Europe has to offer and enjoy your time away where no one else can interfere with your
incomparable getaway.
